I hold an MFA from West Virginia University and a BA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. My recent scholarship activities include a website cataloging the stories of homeless people in Morgantown, WV, and an essay, “When Awareness is Not Enough: Understanding Homelessness Through the Lens of Design,” published in Steven Heller’s Citizen Designer II: New Perspectives in Design Responsibility (Second Edition). I’ve also been exploring how Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality can be used in Graphic Design teaching and research. My work has been recognized by Graphic Design USA, Horizon Interactive Awards, CSS Winner, Awwwards, and the curated advertising website, adsoftheworld.com. I am currently an associate professor teaching graphic design at West Virginia University.
