Constructive criticism

Constructive criticism should help people improve their work, as opposed to making them conform to the critic’s preferences. This principle is particularly important when working as work colleagues or design educators. Designers have their own unique styles and motivations, and while it is important to uphold professional standards, the critic must understand that there can be different approaches to the same problem.
